If you have original drum brakes on the front of your Mini, this is the kit of 4 tension springs you should change on the brake shoes. These springs when old can become weak and loose tension.
The small conical spring to hold the shoe to the back-plate is # 27H3753

The front bumper bars on the round nose Mini should be mounted to an ‘L’ bracket that is usually spot welded to the lower edge of the front panel. This is often damaged in accidents along with the bumper or removed by a previous owner. If the complete front panel is replaced it will include this panel.
This part does not include the 2 stiffener brackets underneath.
