- Returned parts must be in a saleable condition, packaging intact. DO NOT STICK RETURN FREIGHT LABLES ON PART PACKAGING.
- If re-boxing is required a 20% charge will be applied.
- Electrical items are not returnable for credit.
- Do not send parts back to BMI without prior arrangements being made.
- For a warranty claim use the Warranty Claim Form.
